the location charmed me, so close to transportation! the rooftop terrace offered such open views, like a painting come to life. the room felt modern, kept in lovely condition for us. self check-in was simple, as was self check-out.

i found the floor in the bathroom stayed wet after showering! it was a small thing but did cause a bit of concern.

this place is near transportation! many sights and food spots are within walking distance, this made exploring easy. it is also close to the subway! it was very handy, and i never once got lost.

The location is wonderful. The staff at the front desk greeted me with a welcome drink (i chose water). The room had a refrigerator filled with bottled water.

My room didn't have a great view. The bathroom had a strange odor coming from the drain. Hot water was not consistently available.

the staff IS wonderful. valet service was always fast. the room was very CLEAN. the location cannot be beat. I appreciate the hotel upgrade.

i noticed a slight delay at check-in WHEN i arrived early.
